  1. Take 500 gm beef
  2. Take 1 pinch powdered salt
  3. Get 1/2 gm powdered turmeric
  4. Take 3 teaspoon lime juice

  1. Wash and drain the beef pieces under cold running water and boil it.
  2. Take a pan and dry roast all the ingredients for a few minutes. Transfer the roasted masalas to a mixer grinder and grind to a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add the ground masala paste and stir-fry with a little water. Add the cooked beef pieces in the pan and stir-fry until well coated. Add salt and mix well. Now add the curd and water and stir well.
