Once in a while you need to visit the drive through when you are on your way home and complete the day. There is zero reason you shouldn’t be able to do this once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. This may be possible because an abundance of the popular fast food places are trying to make their menus healthy now. Here is how you can eat healthy when you hit the drive through.

Your beverage should be water or juice or milk. Drinking a large soft drink forces hundreds of empty unhealthy calories into your diet. A single serving of soda is typically thought to be eight ounces. That helping typically is made up of at the very least a hundred calories and more than a few tablespoons of sugar.
