  4. Take 14 oz no salt diced tomatoes undrained

  6. Use 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  7. Use 1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
  8. Get 8 no salt lasagna noodles

  10. Get 15 oz cottage cheese
