  2. In a large deep pan add some oil with some mustard seeds,heing, green chillies, Onion & saute it.Now add Tomato, veggies with some salt and fry.Add some water and cook it for 2 whistle.
  3. Make a paste of cooked pulse,add to the gravy with sambhal masala, mix nicely and add almost 2 glass of water,salt, tamarind paste, jaggery powder and mix it and cook until it comes to a boil.
  4. In a ladle take some oil, heat it.Add some mustard seeds, heing, curry leaves and red chilli powder.Tadka is ready.Pour it to the cooked Sambhar.Add chopped Coriander also.
