  5. Now for tempering, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Then add hing, cumin, curry leaves, chilli, sesame and water.
  6. Add the dhokla and powder sugar and mix well. Cook for a minute and turn off the flame.
  7. Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves, pomegranate and sev. Serve hot.
