Steps to make Rasawale Khaman:
  1. Soak chana dal for 5-6 hours. Add baking soda and Grind with the same water and make thick batter consistency. Beat well with hand. And ferment for 7-8 hours.
  2. Now mix salt turmeric powder ginger chilli paste in a batter add oil and fruit salt mix properly and steam for 15min. Leave it for 4-5 mins.Now take out and cut into pieces. And make tadka with oil mustard seed and asafoetida.
  3. For Curry:-Take besan in a bowl add 1/glass of water salt turmeric powder sugar lemon juice. Now make tadka in a pan with oil mustard seeds asafoetida curry leaves and chopped green chilli. Add besan mixture. Stir cont. Add coriander mix well Curry will ready in 7-10 mins. Get bubbles. It's tasty tangy and sweet. And Not so thin or thick consistency.
  4. Now Take a serving plate put 2-3 pieces of khaman and mash with fingers. Pour 7-8 Tbsp besan curry. Sprinkle chopped onion tomato raw mango chopped chilli and coriander. Again pour besan curry both sev pomegranate seeds and coriander and serve. Tasty tasty Rasawala Khaman is ready to serve.
