The ingredients needed to make Sambar:
  1. You need 1 cup tuvar dal
  2. Get 2 onion
  3. Get 5-6 bhindi
  4. Use 1 brinjal
  5. Provide 2 tsp tamarind pulp
  6. Provide 2 tbsp sambar masala
  7. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. You need 1/2 tsp rai
  9. You need 5-6 curry leaves
  10. Get Pinch haldi
  11. Get 1 tsp garam masala
  12. Prepare To taste salt
  13. Prepare as needed Oil
Steps to make Sambar:
  1. Wash and clean dal and soak for 20 minutes.
  2. After soaked boiled the dal.
  3. Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds and curry leaves when crackle add all fried sabji and saute a minute.
  4. Now add spuces and roast it.
  5. Now add dal and tamarind pulp and water cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice/dosa/idly.
