  2. You need 2 boiled potatoes
  3. Provide 2.5 cup rajgira flour
  4. Prepare as needed Rock salt

  7. You need 5 boiled potatoes
  8. Provide 2 tbsp oil
  9. Get 1 teaspoon cumin
  10. Use 5-6 curry leaves

  13. You need 2 teaspoon sugar
  14. You need 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  15. Get as per taste Rock salt
  16. Provide 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  17. Prepare For sweet potato kheer -
  18. Prepare 1.25 cup grated sweet potatoes
  19. Get 2 tbsp ghee
  20. Use 3 cups milk
  21. Use 5 tablespoon sugar
  22. Prepare 2 tbsp milk powder
  23. Use 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  24. Prepare Pinch saffron
  25. Provide 6 Almond
Steps to make Vrat Ki Thali:
  1. To make puri, first of all grate potatoes finely and mix flour and rock salt to it. Make dough using very little water at a time. Now divide it into 25 to 30 portions and roll puri on a greased butter paper. You can even use a plastic bag to roll puri. Fry puri in hot oil until light brown in colour. Prepare all the puri in the same way.
  2. To make potato sabji, boil potatoes, peel them and cut them into medium size pieces. Now in a pan heat oil and add cumin. Let it brown then add curry leaves and chopped green chillies. Mix everything well and add potatoes to it. Add rock salt, sugar, lemon juice, pepper powder and give it a good mix. Cook it on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
  3. To make sweet potato kheer, heat ghee in a pot and add grated sweet potatoes to it. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat then add milk to it. Cook it until sweet potatoes are almost done then add sugar, milk powder and saffron to it. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat and turn off the heat. Now add cardamom powder and chopped almonds to it and give it a good mix. Chill it or serve it warm.
  4. Arrange rajgira puri, potato sabji and sweet potato kheer in a thali and serve.
