  1. In a pan,pour 2 tsp of oil & add carromseeds, cumin seeds, fennal seeds,cloves,dry red chillies, cinemmom,cardamom&grated coconut.

  6. Make small balls out of it.Heat oil in karahi & deep fry the balls.
  7. Fry till they become golden in colour.
  8. Take a pan with 2tsp of oil,heat up &add 1bay leaf,curry leaves,onions&ginger garlic paste.Cook till they become little brown।
  9. Add grinded tomatoes, salt& red chilli powder.Cook till oil spreads from corners,now।add chettinad gravy in it.Mixwell.
