The ingredients needed to cook Beef curry:
  1. Provide 1 kg boneless beef
  2. Provide 12-13 garlic cloves
  3. Get 1 tablespoon crushed ginger paste
  4. Get 2 teaspoons salt

  6. Take 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  7. Prepare Half teaspoon of turmeric powder

  1. Take a pressure cooker and pour 4 cups of water in it.
  2. Now add 1 kg boneless beef, 4 medium sized peeled onions, 12-13 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of crushed ginger paste, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  3. Now cover the pressure cooker and take it on high flame. Cook it on high flame for 20 to 25 minutes when the pressure develops.
  4. Now uncover the lid and fry on medium flame until the water dries.
  5. Now add 1/2 cup of oil and 2 medium sized tomatoes in it and fry until the tomatoes cook.
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt for the final taste and 5 green chillies cut into half and 4 cups of water and cook until the desired gravy.
  7. Now garnish with green chillies and Julien cut ginger.
  8. Serve with hot chapaties.
