  1. Peel, wash and chop lauki.
  2. In non stick non stick pan pressure cooker add,heat oil. Add mustard and cumin seeds as they splutter add green chillies pieces, curry leaves, turmeric powder and asafoetida.
  3. Add lauki cubes, green peas. Add red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder,salt, jaggery and 3-4 tbsp water. Mix and saute for 2 mins on high flame. Cover and cook for 3 whistles.(Don't add more water,as lauki itself will release water)
  4. Open the cooker lid as it cool down. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Serve Delicious Lauki-Matar ki Sabzi garnishing with finely chopped coriander leaves with roti and dal.
