  2. Prepare 1/4 cup Suji
  3. Take 1/4 cup Besan
  4. Provide 1/2 cup Wheat flour

Instructions to make Lauki muthia:
  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour,suji,besan,ginger paste,chopped green chilli,grated lauki,turmeric powder,sugar,salt,baking soda,coriander leaves and mix well.
  2. Make a stiff dough,keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. Grease oil in a palm and make cylinderical shape muthiya and steam for 20 mins.
  4. Once cooled cut into pieces
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add curry leaves,asafoetida,cumin seeds,black mustard seeds and sesame seeds to crackle.
  7. Add lauki muthia.salt,lemon juice and green coriander leaves and mix well and cook for five mins.
  8. Lauki muthia is ready to serve.
