  8. Prepare 1 green capsicum finely chopped

  12. Use 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  13. Use 1/2 cup Coriander chopped
  14. Provide 6 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Prepare 6 tsp pav bhaji masala
  16. Provide to taste Salt
  17. Get 1 cup tomato sauce
  18. Get For chutney
  19. Take 4-5 tsp yellow gram splits
  20. You need 5 dried red chillies
  21. Use 2 tsp cumin seeds
  22. Use 4-5 garlic cloves
  23. You need 2 tsp red chilli powder
  24. Take 7-8 Curry leaves
  25. Use to taste Salt
  26. Use 1/2 cup curd
  27. Provide 1 cup finely chopped fresh coconut
  28. Provide as needed Water
  29. Take 2 tsp Oil
  30. Take 1 tsp mustard cumin seeds
  31. Prepare 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  32. Take 4-5 curry leaves
  33. Use as needed Sambhar to serve
Steps to make Fancy Dosa:
  1. Take out Dosa batter in a bowl.add salt to taste and water as required to make a proper consistency of Dosa batter
  2. For chutney dry roast cumin seeds, split gram and dry red chilli. Now add water into it and keep covered for 30 mins. Add this mixture into a mixer jar. Add in garlic cloves, coconut, curd, red chillies and salt. Add water as required. Grind a smooth paste. Make tempering. Heat oil. Add mustard cumin seeds and then asafoetida. Pour over prepared chutney.
  3. Get every vegetables finely chopped and ready before making dosas.
  4. Spread a thick Dosa on a cast iron tawa. Apply some butter over it. Put 1 tsp each vegetables. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp schezwan chutney and 1/2 tsp tomato sauce. Add salt to taste. Mix well with pavbhaji masher. Spread on entire Dosa. Apply some shredded cheese. Cut with spatula. Roll to make fancy Dosa.
  5. Serve these hot fancy Dosa with lots of cheese over it with some coriander, chutney and sambhar.
