  2. Take 2 cups curd
  3. Get 2 tbsp ghee
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera
  5. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  7. Prepare 1 green chilli
  8. Use 4-5 curry leaves

  12. Get 1/4 cup pomegranate seed
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp green coriander leaves
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp urad daal
  15. Take as per taste Salt
  16. Provide 4 majjige chilli
  17. Take 1/2 lime juice
Instructions to make Curd rice:
  1. Mix curd and rice well together.
  2. Add pomegranate, dry fruits lime juice mix all well.
  3. Now take a pan heat ghee, in it add chopped jeera, mustard seeds hing, green chillies, curry leaves urad daal, let them crackle, now add grated ginger and majjige chilli
  4. Pour this tadka on curd rice mix well.
  5. Garnish with grated carrot, serve immediately with pickle.
