  3. Use 1/2 inch Oil in large skillet
  4. Take 2 Cups Mozzarella or cheese of your choice
  5. Provide 3 Eggs Beaten
  6. Prepare 2 Tbsp Milk

  1. Preheat oil on med-high in skillet
  2. Select Plantains such as these
  3. Peel plantains and cut into thin slices lengthwise. Each Plantain should make 5-6 slices.
