  1. Firstly,add all ingredienrs for rice and let them boil for 10 to 12 minutes.Make sure that rice are not fully boiled they should be half boiled.
  2. Secondly,add all ingredients for kabab in a mixer and let them mix well.Then u need to shape them and let them fry in a pan in given quantity of oil.
  3. Thirdly, u need to heat oil in a pan then add ginger garlic paste in it and let them golden brown then add cinnamon,cloves and ground black pepper.Add fried onion and a cup of yogurt in a chopper and mix them.Add yogurt onion mixture in a karahi then add all spices in it.Then add half bunch of mint and corriender leaves and green chilli then add half cooked kabab in a karahi andcover them with lid and let them cook for 10 minutes.
