  1. Take Baby Irish potatoes
  2. You need Shredded Chicken
  3. Provide Big eggs
  4. Prepare Vegetable oil

  1. Peel, wash & slice the potatoes, fry and strain on a paper towel. Slice the carrot and bell peppers in strips.
