  3. Now heat up the idli steamer by adding little water, and place a stand at the bottom. - - Grease the glass generously
  4. Pour just a spoon of idli batter and place aloo masala roll in the center and pour a ladle full of batter over it.
  5. Carefully place this glass(or glasses if making more) in the steamer over the stand and close the lid.
  6. Keep the flame to low and let it steam for 15-20 minutes as we do fr idli - - Switch off the flame and take it out when it’s slightly cooled down.
  7. Run a sharp knife around the edges to take it out and keep them in a plate
  8. Now prepare seasoning - - Take little oil - Add mustard seeds - When they crackle add curry patta and 4 tbsp of gunpowder, podi or idli chutney powder
  9. Let the rolls smear in that nicely and evenly
  10. Take them out and cut into the discs and serve hot with coconut chutney - - Can be a good starter in your party 😀
