  1. Mix all ingredients of Kadhai in a mixing bowl. Add water according to desired thickness.
  2. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add mustard seeds. Once it splutter add methi Dana, curry leaves & onion. Once it translucent add hing, red chilli powder.
  3. Add besan batter. Mix properly. Stir continuously on slow flame. Cook it for 20-25 minutes on simmer heat.
  4. Meanwhile make pakode batter. Add all ingredients of pakode on a bowl. Add 2-3 tsp oil. Mix all.
  5. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Drop 1 tsp batter in hot oil with your fingers. Fry them until golden brown on medium flame. Keep it aside.
  6. Add pakode in boiling kadhi. Boil it for 5 minutes more.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Jeera rice.
