Before you jump to Tamarind rice(first method) recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Choosing Fast Food That’s Good For You.

Almost every single article about weight loss and getting healthy tells readers to avoid drive through windows like the plague as well as to perform all of their own cooking. This is really excellent advice. But occasionally the last thing you want to do is put together a whole meal for yourself and your family. Sometimes you just want to hit the drive through on the way home and call it a day. There is no reason that you shouldn’t be able to make it happen once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. This is possible because lots of the popular fast food destinations are trying to make their menus healthy now. Here is how you can eat healthfully when you reach the drive through.

Pick out a drive through for a restaurant that’s known for catering to people with healthy palates. Arby’s as an example, does not provide burgers. Instead you can select from roast beef sandwiches, salads, wraps and other healthier items. Wendy’s, of course, is known for its square burgers, but the menu there has a considerable amount of healthful choices like salad, potatoes and chili. Not everything is McDonalds featuring its deep fried chicken parts and also other terribly unfit items.

Simple logic states that the best way to lose weight and get healthy is to ban fast food from your diet completely. While, for the most part, this is a good plan, if you make smart choices, there is no reason to feel guilty for visiting a drive through one or two times a month. Sometimes the thing you need is to let someone else make your dinner. There isn’t any reason to feel bad about visiting the drive through when you make healthful decisions!
