  4. Provide 2 tbsp Curd

Steps to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Take 2 Bunches of Spinach and wash them. - Now Blanch this Spinach well in boiling water for about 5 minutes and then transfer to ice cold water [So that the cooking of the spinach stops and it maintains it's colour]. - Now transfer this cold spinach into the grinder, make a puree and keep it aside.
  2. Take 3 Tbsp Ghee in a Pan and Heat. - Add 1 tbsp jeera, ginger chilli garlic paste and saute. - Add sliced onions and saute till they turn pink. - Add 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp black salt, salt and 2 tbsp thick curd. - Saute this Mixture well as it turns thick because of the Curd.
  3. Now Add the Spinach Puree and Cook. - Add 1 Tbsp Wheat flour to help the gravy thicken. - Add cubes of paneer and cook till it comes to a boil.
  4. Once Ready Add 1 tbsp malai or fresh cream, garam masala, half a Lemon. - Mix Well and Serve.
