  1. Provide rajma
  2. You need rock salt
  3. You need elaichi/cardamom
  4. Prepare cloves
  5. You need marathi mogga /wailong
  6. Take cinnamon bark
  7. You need shah jeera /black cumin
  8. Get bay leaves
  9. Take onion
  10. Get tomatoes
  11. Provide green chillies

Instructions to make Rajma:
  1. Soak rajma overnight.
  2. Take rajma, 2 glasses of water, 1 tsp rock salt, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black cumin, bay leaves, marathi mogga. Cook it on sim for 2 whistles.
  3. Cut the onion, tomatoes, green chillies. Make ginger-garlic paste
  4. Heat kadai with 2 tbsps butter. Add cumin, mustard seeds, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves. Let the ginger-garlic paste aroma release.
  5. Add onions. Cook until slightly transparent. Add tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes until they soften.
  6. Mash the rajma a little after taking it out.
  7. Let the mixture cool. put it in a blender. Add half a cup of water blend until it's a paste
  8. Add 2 tsps of butter to kadai. Add the mixture to it. Add 1 tsp rock salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, aam choor, garam masala, 1 pinch cumin. Cook for 5 minutes until the oil comes out.
  9. Add rajma. Cook for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust.
  10. Add coriander, and dried fenugreek. Cook for 2 minutes.
