The ingredients needed to prepare Palak paneer:
  1. You need paneer (cube cuts or how ever you like)
  2. Provide spinach (palak) finely chopped
  3. Prepare medium onion (chopped in small pcs)
  4. Get Gingar 1" finely chopped
  5. Prepare garlic buds finely chopped
  6. Prepare (or paste ginger garlic)
  7. Use medium size chopped tomato
  8. Get green chilli chopped
  9. Prepare Cooking oil
  10. You need spn desi ghee
  11. Get Spices: salt according
  12. You need spn red chilli powder
  13. Use spn turmeric powder
  14. Prepare spn coriender powder
  15. Take spn garam masala powder
  16. Provide spn sabzi masala
Instructions to make Palak paneer:
  1. In a pan take some cooking oil. In hot oil put some heeng jeera and add chopped onion. When it becomes golden add chopoed ginger garlic (or paste) and chopped green chilli & fry it till onion becomes brown. (Medium flame)
  2. Now add chopped tomato and all spices(powder) till the tomato cooks. (Medium flame)
  3. Now add chopped spinach and cook it.. once spinach fried well then add paneer and mix it well. Add salt as per the taste and 1/2 cup water and cook it for 5 mins on medium flame.
  4. Add 2 tb spn desi ghee and mix it well and finish the cooking. Palak paneer is ready now.
